Narration: Starting early in his life Mandela was invested in politics…. Beginning in the 1940’s he was a member of the African National Congress party….. Some of his duties included peaceful protests and armed resistance against the racially divided South Africa where the white minority’s held all of the power.     Title Slide: None   Music: None   Motion: Zoom in on man’s face.
Narration: All of Mandela’s actions landed him in prison until he was 71 years old. When he was release he was dedicated to the elimination of apartheid in his country….. Four Years after being released Nelson Mandela became the first black president of South Africa, and spent the rest of his days forming a multiethnic government to oversee the country’s transition…. Mandela retired in 1999, but still remained devoted to the cause of peace.   Title Slide: None   Music: None
